They’re key factors in our ongoing global success story; captivating the attention of the globe’s most discerning drivers. As a Controls Engineer in Engines Manufacturing, you’ll play a vital role in that story too. You’ll be instrumental in driving standards and performance. And you’ll help us shape the future of automotive engine operations.

Your varied responsibilities will span everything from electrical projects and operation improvements to repair and replacement. What’s more, you’ll enjoy a fascinating and deeply rewarding career journey from day one. Starting out in our Engine Project Team, you’ll ensure all controls standards and specifications meet Plant requirements – before moving forward to an important role within the Plant itself.

A talented and driven controls engineer, you’re appropriately qualified both in academic and experiential terms. Your background in manufacturing doesn’t need to include automotive – but a passion for our brand is crucial. With excellent interpersonal skills and a commitment to delivering results, you’re equally effective as a leader and a team player. We’ll expect you to demonstrate a high level of creativity coupled with excellent analytical skills and proven problem solving ability. A good knowledge of the MS Office suite is essential.
