Mercedes-Benz unveils its revamped G-Class

The all-new G-Class makes its public debut at the Detroit auto show in G550 form. Completely redeveloped and fitted with a 4.0-liter V8 biturbo gasoline engine offering 427ps and 450 lb-ft of torque at 2,000rpm to 4,750rpm, despite near-identical looks to its predecessor plenty has changed for the Mercedes-Benz SUV.

Vice President of Sales (Digatron Firing Circuits)

Salary: Competitive

 Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the establishment of both annual and monthly sales objectives.
• Manage overall sales process, set appropriate metrics for sales funnel management.
• Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasting.
• Define and manage overall Sales department budget, including sales team annual travel.
• Travel for in-person meetings with customers and partners and to develop key relationships.
• Develop, establish and implement strategies for expanding the company’s customer base.
• Develop pricing policies, including terms/conditions for high-profile customers and channel partners.
• Ensure that sales staff understands the corporate sales mission and has a firm grasp of the company's products and services.
• Plan and monitor staff progress, reviews and performance results
• Work closely with the VP International Business Development to develop, establish, and direct representative channel strategies and programs.
• Work closely with Marketing Manager to develop and execute advertising programs.
• Monitor customer, market and competitor activity and provide feedback to executive team.
• Be a role model for the company culture.

Requirements:

• At least 7 years sales experience in a comparable industry, with 4 years in a senior management positions involving direct management of sales staff.
• Ability to plan and manage at both the strategic and operational levels.
• Possess strong leadership skills, keeping employees working as a team and making sure morale stays high.
• Personable and creative to establish contacts and relationships with potential customers and channel partners.
• Outstanding consultative selling abilities and excellent interpersonal skills with executive level customers and partners.
• Proven sales track record in a new product, new market environment.
• Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and staff to create a results driven, team orientated environment.
• Experience with a specific sales methodology, sales funnel management.
• Capacity to assume more significant executive responsibilities over time.
